We are located in Denton, TX. and have an office in Dallas TX. Omotayo CPA LLC was formed in 2010 as Omotayo Financial Services LLC when two Physician Assistants decide to open a medical office and trusted us to be their accountant and financial consultant. In 2014, Omotayo CPA LLC merged with Stewart Business Services LLC, a firm headed by Owen Stewart, CPA, providing accounting, consulting and tax services to businesses and individuals since 2002. The transition for both businesses and their clients was made effortless through the mentorship and support of Owen.

We can provide qualified accounting professionals who can ensure that your financial records are maintained correctly and accurately. Our bookkeepers can also assist in setting up and training your staff on the financial systems that you might be using or installing, such as QuickBooks or other legacy systems.
